Barner Sr., 69, of 127 Wertzville Road, East Pennsboro Twp., d ied Thursday in Polyclinic Medical Center. He was a retired East Pennsboro Twp. electrical technician; a graduat e of Harrisburg Institute; an Army veteran of World War II; a former E ast Pennsboro Twp. Democratic committeeman; a past president of the We st Shore Democratic Club; and a member of West Fairview American Legio Post 984. Surviving are his wife, Mary C. Wolf Barner; a son, Park I. Jr. of Har isburg; his mother, Rhoda Bostwick, and a sister, Jacqueline Eberly , both of Camp Hill; and a brother, Richard Bostwick of Summerdale. Services will be held at 10: 30 a.m. Monday in Sullivan Funeral Home , Enola. Burial will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Tw p.
