She i s employed at Waynesboro Area Senior High School as a learning suppor t teacher. Mr. Richards is the son of T. Jay Richards Sr. of Ellicott City, Md. , and Rose Anne Richards of Hagerstown. He is a 1988 graduate of Willi amsport High School and a 1991 graduate of Hagerstown Junior College w ith an associate's degree in engineering. He is employed by Antrim Wa y Honda in Greencastle, Pa., as a sales consultant. A summer 1999 wedding is planned.
