itz and the late Malcolm D. Rine. He was married July 22,1961 to Yvonn
e Cebulka. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his mother, Marg
aret Barner Litz, and his stepfather Carl Litz. Also surviving are thr
ee children, Stephen Rine of Winter Park, Colorado; Jeff Rine (and wif
e April) of Bellefonte; Michele Long (and husband Joel) of Lock Haven
; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He is also survi
ved by a sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Leroy Gower. Services wi
ll be Friday, December 10, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. in the Donald G. Walke
Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St. Flemington, Clinton Co, PA. Visitat
ion Thursday Evening 6-8p.m. at the Funeral Home. Interment will be i

arner. Peggy was married Oct. 14, 1978 to Carl A. Litz. They celebrate
d 29 years of marriage together. She worked at Eagle Wing Snack Bar a
t Lock Haven University for several years. She was a member of Mill Ha
ll United Methodist Church and the ladies auxiliary of the F.O.E. #429
8, Lock Haven, where she served as past madam president. Surviving ar
e her loving husband, Carl; a daughter, Donna (LeRoy) Gower of Mill Ha
ll; a daughter-in-law, Yvonne Rine of Mill Hall; five grandchildren, S
teve, Jeff, Belinda, Michele and Jodie; eight great grandchildren an
d a great great grandson. She was preceded in death by a son, Larry D
. Rine, in 2004; five brothers, Pete, Floyd, Harry, Mahlon and Foster
; and a sister, Stella. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, Ju
e 18, 2008 at 8 p.m. at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mil
l Hall, with Pastor Ellen Evans officiating. Friends and relatives wil
l be received at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Interment will be a

Mill Hall - Clarence H. BARNER, 76, died suddenly at 4:10 p.m. yesterday at his home after being stricken while at work as a carpenter on the Earl STROUSE farm, Cedar Run.
Mr. BARNER was working with his son, Mahlon H., Mill Hall contractor, when he suddenly became ill. He was taken home by his son but died shortly after.
A native of Bald Eagle Twp, he resided in Mill Hall for the past 23 years.
In addition to his son, he is survived by his wife, Matilda, four other sons and two daughters, Harrry B., Howard RD; Foster A. Harrisburg; Leroy S., Mill Hall; and Floyd I., Rebersburg; Mrs. Fletcher Campbell, Lock Haven, and Mrs. Kenneth LUCAS, Salona; 26 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; also four brothers and one sister, Irvin O., Boyd C., and G. Cleveland all of Mill Hall; Clyde of Merser; and Mrs. Frank
DeLong, Lamar.
