William H. Dunlap
William H. Dunlap, Jr., 73, of Montoursville went home to be with hi
s Lord and
Savior Christ Jesus on Saturday, July 28, 2007.
Born July 21, 1934, in Montoursville, he was the son of the late Willi
am H. and
Mae (Mutchler) Dunlap.
He and his wife of 18 years, the former Jane E. Dixon, were married Ju
ly 30, 1988.
A 1952 graduate of Montoursville High School, Bill worked most of hi
s life as a
self employed carpenter.
In addition to his wife, Jane, he is survived by three sons & daughter
s-in-law,
Gerald M. and Rose Dunlap of Sunbury, Scot A. and Diane Dunlap of Mont
oursville
and Curtis L. and Theresa Dunlap of Roaring Branch; two daughters & so
s-in-law,
Michele R. and Ronald Heckel of S. Williamsport and Patricia A. and St
even Brewer
of Montoursville; one sister & brother-in-law, Doris and John Pittenge
of
Montoursville; 19 grandchildren and eight great- grandchildren
He was predeceased by two brothers, Kenneth and Lee Dunlap and a niece
, Lori
Pittenger.
A time of fellowship and remembrance will be held on Saturday, Aug. 4t
h from
oon to 6 p.m. for friends and family at his home.
In lieu of flowers, Bill requested that donations be made to Loyalsoc
k Baptist
Church Missionary Fund, c/o Gladys Emick, 13221 State Road 87, William
sport, PA
17701.
Arrangements are being handled by Grenoble’s, 121 S. Main St., Muncy.
