YORK Doris B. (Barner) Stallman, 78, died Sunday, June 8, 2008, at Th
e Brunswick at Longstown. She was the wife of the late Richard J. Stal
lman. Funeral services and burial will be private in Susquehanna Memor
ial Gardens. Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crem
atory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion, is in charge of arrangements
. Mrs. Stallman was born September 16, 1929, in North Bend, the daught
er of the late Jesse J. and Laura M. (Shirk) Barner. She was a 1947 gr
aduate of Renovo High School and worked as a legal secretary for vario
us attorneys in the York area. She was a member of St. Paul's United M
ethodist Church, Red Lion, and Order of the Eastern Star. Mrs. Stallma
is survived by several nieces, nephews, and close friends. In lieu o
