    Ruth N. Bowers, 89, of 360 E. Park St., Lock Haven, went to be with he
    Lord on Sept. 25, 2012.

    Born April 16, 1923 in Lock Haven, Ruth was the youngest of l0 childre
    born to Michael Stewart and Ella Karstetter Quiggle.

    She was preceded in death by her parents and all of her brothers and s
    isters.

    Ruth was very proud of her involvement with the library at the Unite
    d Methodist Church in Caldwell and with the Haneyville Fire Co. She an
    d Dick helped make the ice cream for the festivals for many years whil
    e living in Haneyville.

    She was a very avid "State College" yard saler and liked to visit th
    e thrift store in Lock Haven. She was a great cook and supplied many f
    iends at Kephart Plaza with her food.

    She was preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, Richard F. Bower
    s on March 29, 2012.

    She is survived by her children, Bonnie (Steve) Pfaff of Lock Haven, S
    usan (Karl) Galbraith and Richard (Debby) Bowers of Mill Hall, 6 grand
    children, 10 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

    A visitation will be held on Friday, Oct. 5, 2012 from 3 to 6 p.m. a
    t the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, 231 High St., Flemington, Pa.

    In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made through the fun
    eral home to the McElhattan or Caldwell United Methodist churches.

    Keith Edward Quiggle, 41, of 854 Long Run Road, Mill Hall, died Saturd
    ay, June 16, 2012, at Lock Haven Hospital.

    He was born on Sept. 8, 1970 in Lock Haven, the son of Joseph L. Quigg
    le of Castanea and the late Joanna Earon Quiggle, who preceded him i
    death on July 8, 2003.

    Keith graduated from Lock Haven High School and Williamsport Area Comm
    unity College. He was employed by High Steel of Williamsport where h
    e worked as a welder.

    He was a member of the Brotherhood of Renovo Motorcycle Club and the S
    on's of Italy of Lock Haven, and was a lifetime member of the McElhatt
    an Rod & Gun Club.

    He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, going camping, hunting, and his dog
    , Rider.

    In addition to his parents, Keith is survived by a daughter, Chelsey J
    . Dershem of Lock Haven; a brother, Rodney L. Quiggle of Mill Hall
    ; a sister, Maloni Miller of Berea, OH; his paternal grandmother, Lore
    tta Quiggle of Rochester, N.Y.; his maternal grandmother, Ruby Earon o
    f Lock Haven; and two grandsons, Braylin and Dillan Weaver.

    A funeral service will be held Thursday, June 21, 2012 at 11 a.m at th
    e Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, wit
    h Rev. Mark Riley officiating. Burial will be in Rest Haven Memorial P
    ark, Lock Haven.

    Friends and family will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday e
    vening from 5 to 8 p.m.

    Memorial contributions may be made to the Brotherhood of Renovo Motorc
    ycle Club, P.O. Box 64, North Bend, Pa. 17760.
