    Marian L. Barner, 82, of 202 S. Mill St., Loganton, passed away on Thu
    sday, March 10, 2005 at Susque-View Home, Lock Haven.
    Born on March 2, 1923 in Loganton, she was the daughter of the late Ea
    l and Leotta (Zimmerman) Royer.
    She was united in marriage on July 24, 1942 to Raymond G. Barner who p
    eceded her in death on Sept. 5, 1998.
    She was a member of the Sugar Valley Church of the Brethren, Eastville
    .
    Marian was a 1941 graduate of the Sugar Valley High School and was emp
    loyed by Sylvania during World War II.
    Surviving are her niece and nephew, Kathryn and Aaron Stover, her care
    givers of Loganton, and several other nieces, nephews and cousins.
    Besides her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a son, Larry
    , in 1966, and a brother, Bruce Royer, in 1995.
    The funeral service will be held on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. in the Wayn
    e P. Urbine Funeral Home Inc., 95 E. Main St., Loganton, with Pastor K
    en Geisewite officiating. Visitation will be held in the funeral hom
    e one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in the St. Paul’s L
    utheran Church Cemetery, Loganton. If desired, memorials may be sent t
    o the Sugar Valley Church of the Brethren, 2290 E. Valley Road, Eastvi
    lle, Pa. 17747 or to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, P.O. Box 181, Loganto
