Deceased Name: Luther H. Spicher

Luther H. Spicher 83, of New Buffalo passed away Thursday, January 24
, 2013 at home.
He was born on September 27, 1929 in Liverpool, Pennsylvania to the la
te Lee Spicher and Cora Mengle.
Luther was a retired diesel mechanic for Conrail with over 30 years o
f service, a member of Perry Lodge #458 F&AM Marysville, and the Chris
t Lutheran Church, Duncannon.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife Margaret L. Spicher.
Luther is survived by his son Robert H. Spicher of New Buffalo, his da
ughter Patricia A. Ferguson and husband Steven of Duncannon, one broth
er Stanley Spicher of Ickesburg, two sisters Nancy Pannebaker of Landi
sburg, and Shirley Groff of Newport, and two grandchildren Steven an
d Jennifer Ferguson of Duncannon.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at Ro
ald C.L. Smith Funeral Home, Duncannon. Burial will be at Duncannon C
emetery.
