Maxine B. Grandon, 92, of Camp Hill, passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2019 at The Woods at Cedar Run, Camp Hill, PA., Maxine was born on December 4, 1926 in Walker Twp., Juniata Co. PA.. She was a daughter to the late Stanley C. Barner and Lillian M. (Sheaffer) Barner and the beloved wife of John Grandon for 37 years. Maxine enjoyed bowling, playing cards, Phillies baseball, grandchildren and great grandchildren's athletic and performance events and going to Ocean City Maryland with her family. She is survived by a daughter, Roxanne M. Grandon of Wormleysburg, sons, Barry E. and Jacqueline A. Grandon of New Cumberland, Gordon A. and Maryann Grandon of Camp Hill, Grandchildren, Zachary Grandon, Christopher Campbell, Jennifer McCullough, Jillian McCartney, Michael Grandon, Jeffrey Grandon, Jessica Shafnisky, Timothy Grandon, Erica Sackler, 14 Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents Maxine is also predeceased by 3 brothers, Warren, Leroy, and Stanley Barner Jr. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at 2:00 PM. at the Musselman Funeral Home. Burial will be private at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Mechanicsburg, PA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Homeland Hospice 2300 Vartan Way, Suite 270 Harrisburg, PA. 17110.
