LAWRENCE ALLEN BARNER III, 64 of Fayetteville, N.C. formerly of Suffolk, Virginia passed away on October 15, 2020 at his residence. Allen was born on September 28, 1956 in Kentucky to Lawrence A. Barner, Jr. and Joan Clark Barner. Preceded in death by his mother, Joan Clark Barner. Surviving are his daughter, Kelly Barner and her mother Wanda Barner; father Lawrence “Larry” A. Barner, Jr.; brother Richard Barner.
