GLENN BRUNGARD, 76, of Flemington, passed away Aug. 4, 2020 at home. Born Sept. 8, 1943 in Lock Haven, son of the late Glenn Allen and Electa M. (Embick) Brungard. Married to Beulah I. Harbach, who died in 1997. Then married Freida M. Ruggiers Brungard March 7, 2015. Surviving are his wife; a son Glenn Brungard; and a stepson Michael Toner and daughters, Robin (Ron) Kuhlman, Brooke Brungard, and a stepdaughter Nariah Catherman; brothers, Thomas (Mary) Brungard and Kenneth (Carol) Brungard and a sister Belva (Jim) Bower. Burial at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Booneville.

DUKE E. LONG, 62, passed away at home in Julian July 24, 2020. Born February 1, 1958, son of Truman E. and Jo Ann (Super) Long, who survive. He is also survived by his daughter Rebecca Powers and her husband; his sons Michael Powers and Derek Long (Carrie). Also surviving are sisters Joli Long and Kim (George) Bonawitz.

Daughter of Beaver and Elizabeth Kitchen. Surviving are sons Jeffrey W. Baltzer (Maryanne), and Robin A. “Rob” Baltzer (Tammy). Surviving are husband, Phillip H. Underwood of Catawissa; son David Rhinehart; sisters Jane Barton, Shirley Lord and Linda Aikey; stepdaughters Kathy Underwood, Bonnie (Underwood, Sherman) Miller, Lori Underwood and stepson Scott Underwood. In addition to her parents, daughter Susan Sheesley and brother Jim Aikey preceded her in death.

Walter Lamont Barner born in Jersey Shore, PA on August 28, 1933 and Died in Middletown, OH on May 23, 2020. He was the son of Walter J. Barner and Leah G. (Schrack) Barner Walter moved to Middletown in 1950. He was in the Navy from 1952-1956 during the Korean Conflict aboard the Aircraft carrier, the Valley Forge.
