JULIA M. (LONG ZARING) KOLLER, Sept. 3, 1922 – Oct. 11, 2020. One of 10 children born near Liverpool, PA, to William C. Long and Susan (Lyter) Long. Married H. Frederick Zaring in 1943, Julia and Fred had daughters Sharon Mae (Charles) Campbell and Mary Louise (George) Troup. Also survived by siblings Isabelle Cameron, Truman Long, Carol Wilfong, and Susan Hoff. Preceded in death by siblings Roy Long, Margaret Smeltzer, Blanche Wallis, Mildred Murphy, and Palmer Long. After the death of her first husband, Julia married Norman W. Koller of Ft. Myers, Florida, where they resided for twenty-five years.
Christine Jane (Bierly)
CHRISTINE JANE (BIERLY) BRUNGARD of Loganton, Pa., passed away Oct. 10, 2020. She was born on July 22, 1924 in Renovo, Pa., daughter of the late Edward Earl and Laura Sophia Zimmerman Bierly. Married Harold Merrill Brungard, on July 24, Survived by her son Robert M. (Mary) Brungard and daughter Jane E. (LeRoy) Rossman; and by sister Mary E. (Forney) Winner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband in 1981 and her brothers and their spouses, Glenn E. (Marie) Bierly and Richard E. (Charlotte) Bierly. Interment at the Booneville Cemetery.

DAVID LEWIS SNOOK, Sr., 62, of Loganton, passed away Aug. 24, 2020 at his home. Born in Lock Haven May 18, 1958, son of the late Lewis Snook and Iolene Lamey Snook, who survives. On Nov. 4, 1978 married the former Pamela M. Gansell. In addition to his wife and mother, survived by sons David L., II and Woodrow C. (Crystal), Luke D. and Charles E. (Misty) Snook; brother, Lewis Snook, Jr.; sisters Bonnie Beck, Connie Overdorf, and Ellen (Samuel) Meyer. In addition to his father, Dave was preceded in death by brothers Rodney and Gale Snook.

Born May 18, 1939, in Lewisburg, a daughter of the late James and Anna (Reamer) Schreck. On October 13, 1956, she married Harold L. Diehl, who preceded her in death September 26, 2014. Surviving are sons Robert A. (Mary) Diehl, James H. (Peggy) Diehl, Daryl R. (Martha) Diehl, and Gary L. (Linda) Diehl; daughter Terry L. (Tom) Weber; brothers Paul (Diana) Schreck, Carl (Pauline) Schreck, and Steve (Maggie) Schreck; sister Deb (Roger) Sauers. Preceded in death by brothers Gerald and Dean Schreck.

Surviving are his wife; a son Glenn Brungard; and a stepson Michael Toner and daughters, Robin (Ron) Kuhlman, Brooke Brungard, and a stepdaughter Nariah Catherman; brothers, Thomas (Mary) Brungard and Kenneth (Carol) Brungard and a sister Belva (Jim) Bower. Burial at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Booneville.
